Hexter

The land where Ogres and Orcs live and where the War of Heroes took place as well as the Crusades.

It's made up of 30 Orc and Ogre tribes. The strongest are the Gorzanik Tribe, lead by Urukbarr the Master of Eastern Hexter, The Darokhan Tribe, lead by Darokha the Master of Westen Hexter and The Jurai, lead by Jubal the Black Anvil, who share the border with Hironeiden.

Hexter is more of a province of Vellond than a state as Vellond, using first the Appeasment Plan then after that failed by the plot of Kaedes and the usage of the ghouls, a taboo among Orcs, then using Regnier.

Regnier rules Hexter as a ally of Vellond  with an amused tolerance unbefitting of a vassal. His command of the various Orcs and Ogres is impressive, and those races hold Regnier in a state of awe, fear, and respect. Regnier knows full well Hexter has the might even without his rule to take over Vellond yet he still remains in servitude to Valdemar.

Hexter is also the site of all of the wars and Crusades so far and it is where the Altar Of Destruction and The Ancient Heart lay.
